Introduction
The Measles and Rubella Viruses Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection of the measles virus and rubella virus nucleic acids in throat swab specimens from patients with signs and symptoms of respiratory infection, or skin symptoms in conjunction with clinical and epidemiological risk factors. The test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis and differentiation of Measles and Rubella in humans.
