World Zoonoses Day, observed on July 6th, aims to raise awareness about zoonotic diseases and their profound impact on global health. This day emphasizes the crucial link between human health, animal health, and the environment, aligning with the WHO's One Health principles. 🐾🌿

Zoonoses are diseases that can be transmitted between animals and humans. Some well-known zoonotic diseases include the Marburg virus, mpox (monkeypox) virus, Ebola virus disease, and avian influenza.

BioPerfectus provides a range of zoonosis diagnostic solutions to support global health. During outbreaks, we supplied real-time PCR kits for both Ebola and mpox viruses to Africa CDC, the African Union, and ASLM, enhancing local testing and control efforts.
